Renowned scholar Rashid Khalidi, one of the leading academics in the study of the 20th century Palestinian national movement, will receive the 5th WOCMES Award next coming Wednesday 18th of July 2018.
The Three Cultures Foundation hosts this international congress from the 16th to the 22nd of July 2018. Nearly 1,600 proposals have been submitted so far, a month before the deadline
The event’s organisers have extended the submission period until 31 March, given the large number of applications
As one of the preparatory activities framing WOCMES Seville 2018, The Three Cultures of the Mediterranean Foundation will celebrate the international forum ‘The Mediterranean as the scenario for a potential Cold War between Russia and the United States’ next November 30th and December 1st 2017 with the collaboration of Casa Árabe, The Ministry in charge of Moroccans living Abroad and Migration Issues, Real Instituto ElCano and the Charity Work of La Caixa.
